Head Coach
Lauren
Lauren Gerth has been an active member of the Pennsbury athletic community for over a decade, bringing passion, experience, and dedication to every program she leads. She began her coaching career in 2012 with Levittown American Softball, where she coached until 2017 before joining the Pennsbury Gems Travel Softball organization. Since 2017, she has helped develop young athletes in the travel program and currently serves as the Head Softball Coach at Pennwood High School (2022–present). In addition to softball, Coach Gerth has expanded her coaching expertise to field hockey and track & field. She served as the Head Field Hockey Coach at Charles Boehm Middle School (2022–2023) and now leads the Pennsbury JV Field Hockey team. She also took on the role of Head Coach for Pennsbury’s Winter Track team in 2023, continuing her commitment to fostering athletic growth across multiple sports. A proud Pennsbury alumna, Coach Gerth competed in field hockey, basketball, and both winter and spring track during her high school years. She continues to lead by example, having completed three half marathons and numerous 5K races and currently plays in a women’s adult slow-pitch softball league. Off the field, she’s a married mother of two daughters and an active supporter of local youth sports, inspiring student-athletes to work hard, stay active, and love the game.

Assistant Coach
Moselle
Moselle Conger brings 7 years of coaching experience to the track, with a passion for the sport that began during her school days. A proud graduate of Truman high school, Moselle found her niche in high jump early on- after a gym teacher noticed her natural ability in the event. She went on to compete in the 400m, 800m and 4x2 relay before focusing her track and field career on high jump, where she cleared 5'2" and ranked 4th in the state during her senior year. After graduating high school, Moselle continued to push herself athletically, running half marathons and 5K races with her husband and is currently training for multiple races to take place in the future and has joined a professional USA Masters Swim Team. Moselle serves as the assistant coach for the PHS girls winter track team and the William Penn middle school spring track team, where she specializes in middle/long distance events and high jump. Her coaching philosophy centers around helping young athletes gain confidence, push past their comfort zones and perform to their highest potential both on and off the track. Moselle is married to her high school sweetheart of 14 years and has 2 children who attend Pennsbury schools. Outside of coaching, Moselle serves the public as an EMT for the Bucks County Rescue Squad.

Coach
Tony
Tony Gregory is a passionate coach, mentor, and former national champion athlete dedicated to helping the next generation of athletes unlock their full potential. A proud graduate of Pennsbury High School (Class of 2004), Tony first made his mark as a Pennsylvania state champion in the 4x200m relay and an outstanding triple jumper. His dedication to excellence led him to Cabrini College, where he became a Division III National Champion in the triple jump, solidifying his place among the top collegiate athletes in the nation. Tony’s love for athletics and leadership naturally evolved into a career in coaching. He began at Neshaminy High School (2014), where he coached track and field, before returning to his roots as a volunteer coach at Pennsbury High School. Through these roles, Tony has guided countless student-athletes — helping them build confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic on and off the field. Today, Tony is the driving force behind Beast Mode Sports, a program dedicated to developing athletes of all ages through focused training, mentorship, and competition. He also founded FAME (Female Athletes Meant to Excel) — a flag football team and an athletic apparel brand designed to empower young women in sports and promote confidence through performance. Off the field, Tony’s proudest role is being a father. He and his family are the heart behind everything he does. He’s a devoted dad to Azalea (12), Braylon (11), Brooklyn (8), and Julian (6), who continue to inspire his passion for coaching, community, and family. Driven by faith, hard work, and purpose, Tony Gregory’s mission is simple — to build better athletes, stronger leaders, and even greater people.

Sam
Sam Raywood is a 2015 graduate of Pennsbury High School and a proud alum currently enrolled at Bucks. With four years of football coaching experience and three years coaching spring track, Coach Raywood has played an instrumental role in developing championship-level athletes and teams. Under his leadership, the 2025 girls’ track team captured the SOL Championship, while the 2022 Varsity football team also earned an SOL title. His athletes have consistently competed at the highest levels — appearing in three consecutive district and state championships, along with two national competitions. Among his standout athletes are district and state medalists, including a district champion in shot put, a state runner-up in shot put, a top-10 finisher in discus, and a top-20 finisher in javelin. As a former standout athlete himself, Raywood was a three-year starting Right Tackle for Pennsbury under Head Coach G. Snyder. During his high school career, he helped lead his team to SOL National Championships in 2012 and 2013, a co-championship in 2014, and a PIAA District 1 Championship that same year. His exceptional performance earned him the Outstanding Offensive Lineman Award in 2014 and recognition as a Blue-Grey All-American in 2015. Coach Raywood brings the same drive, discipline, and commitment to excellence that defined his playing career to every athlete he coaches, continuing to build a tradition of hard work and success at Pennsbury.
